Service in the bar extremely inattentive. Had taken a seat at the table, the waiters passed by several times without paying attention to me. After a good quarter of an hour I went to the bar and complained. I should have announced myself nevertheless earlier was the answer.

Parking all around very little and the price of the underground car park very expensive.

Everything was nice, had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay for short business trip. The staff was helpful and took care of us. It was new-fashioned, neat and with a double bed. The breakfast was savoury and had lots of options. The location turned out to be comfortable. This hotel was in a commercial area.

The location of the hotel is absolutely mind-blowing, just a few minutes away from the highway and a short 20-minute U-Bahn ride to the city center. The staff is super helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was PERFECT for me as it could be made very dark, providing the much-needed darkness for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a jaw-dropping variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers easy accessibility, close to the train station, and a large parking garage, although the costs are a bit on the higher side.

I stayed at Voco Seestern for a night after a cancelled flight. It was conveniently located near public transport and just a short taxi ride to the airport. The spacious and clean room with its lovely interior was perfect for my small family. The hotel was quiet due to its location near office buildings, which made for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for families!

The staff was so kind.I Did travel to X-Cell center at Dusseldorf and the location of this hotel is perfect.I Used a car and the hotel manager gave free of charge the car parking near the enter to the hotel as I used my wheelchair.If I will need to come again to Dusseldorf,I will stay at this hotel.Thanks to All hotel staff.

Good streetcar connection to the city center. Breakfast was very good. Room was big enough also for an extra bed for our son.
